We really love the way Mark patiently walked us through the entire process of planning what we wanted in our sticks from the selection of woods, wraps, inlays and tips we would need. We especially like the way he has distributed the weight through out the stick rather than all in one end. That balance for me has certainly made a difference on how I stroke and follow through with the execution of the shot I am making. When the sticks were completed, Mark went the extra mile by telling us if we were unhappy in anyway that he would do everything he could to make this one of the best investments we ever made. It’s nice to know that if we ever need any adjustments done or tips replaced we can just contact him. We are extremely happy and again, just want to say thank you for the courteous and professional way you worked with us and the extraordinary workmanship and quality of our pool sticks.
